How long does it take to process my order?

Once an order is confirmed, it generally takes us 1-3 business days to process it. Custom orders and deliveries may take longer. All packages are shipped from Southern Alberta, Canada. 

Which shipping courier do you use?

Because of our rural location, our default carrier is Canada Post. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! 

What are your domestic shipping options?

For orders within Canada and the U.S., customers can choose among Regular Parcel, Expedited, and Express Service. It normally takes 5-15 business days for a package to be delivered.

What are your international shipping options?

For international orders, customers can choose between Tracked Packet International and EMS express delivery. Shipping time varies for international orders. While most packages are delivered within 5-20 business days, it can sometimes take longer due to unforeseen circumstances, such as custom clearance. 

What is the cost of shipping?

Cost of shipping is automatically calculated at check out. Orders over $ CAD250 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING!
