Once an order is confirmed; processing time takes 1-3 Business days. Custom orders will take longer.
Shipping Method
All packages are dispatched from Alberta, Canada. Our primary courier is Canada Post. Shipping options may include Tracked Packet International, Expedited Shipping and EMS. Each Package will have a tracking number. If Canada Post does not offer tracked shipping to your country, we will contact you to arrange another option.
Delivery
Tracked Packet International normally takes 5-20 business days; EMS takes 5-15 business days. The destination country, customs clearance, and time of year can adversely affect shipping time.

Just like pearls and other organic gemstones, Ammolite is soft and delicate. Wiping it gently with a damp, non-abrasive cloth or using pearl cleaner is recommended when cleaning is needed.
