Are your ammonites real?
Yes. Guarantee 100% natural and genuine. What you see on the gemstone (colours, patterns, etc) is how it has been, for millions of years! 

Can you send extra pictures or videos of the ammolite I am interested in?
Absolutely! Please contact us if you need more pictures or videos, we are happy to do so for you! 

How long does shipping take?

This table only gives a general time estimate. It really depends on the destination country, and custom clearance is another a big variable that our courier does not have control over. 

How long does it take to process my order?
Once an order is confirmed, it usually takes us 1-3 business days to process and get it ready for shipment.

What courier do you use?
Our primary courier is Canada Post. It may not be as fast as some of the other express couriers, but we have found it to be very reliable and economical. 

Can you ship my order using other couriers? 
Yes. If you would like to use other couriers, please contact us before your order is dispatched, and we can arrange different courier service at extra cost. 

Where is my order shipped from?
All of our packages are dispatched from Southern Alberta, Canada. 

Can I tracked my order?
Absolutely! All packages will ship with a tracking number. If Canada Post does not offer tracked shipping to your country, we will contact you to make different arrangements. 

Are import tax and duties included in the price?
No. We do not collect import tax or duties on international orders. It is the customers' responsibility to find out whether or not import duties will be charged when the package arrives at the destination country. 

Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns within 15 days of receiving the order. Please contact us first for instruction. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, unless the reason for return is due to workmanship defects.
